I have some questions relating to website hosting and making a custom email address?
I want to make a website, where can I find the cheapest hosting for a website? Also, how do I make those email addresses? e.g. eoin@mywebsite.com – I mean, how do I make my own custom @(Whatever).com? Its hard to explain.
I have been very pleased with Dreamhost. Their regular service provides
– Unlimited Storage
– Unlimited Bandwidth
– Get one free domain with your hosting plan.
Many other great features (http://www.dreamhost.com/hosting.html).
You can use promo code MAX2009 to get $97 discount. So if you book one year plan it will cost you $22.40 (which is less than $2/month) including domain name and unlimited hosting for one year.
To create email on dreamhost go to: http://wiki.dreamhost.com/Email_Setup#How_do_I_add_an_email_address_at_my_domain.3F
Hope this helps.

When you get a web hosting account, they include email with it. You’d just login to a special admin page with your company and just simply create it by typing it into a box. Check out and see if godaddy.com has some deals going on. I registered a domain name with them and got free webhosting and 1 email address with them. 10 bucks and Im covered hosting, domain name and emeail addy for a full year. I prob wont get the free hosting next year.
Edit: Avoid networksolutions.com like the plague. They were the very first company (and at one point a monopoly on domain name game). They were 35.00 per year over 10 years ago, and there price still hasn’t changed.

With http://www.fatcow.com you can get a website for around 5 per month IF you go in search of promo codes. You get many email address with your .com as the extension.
They are so easy to use, I find godaddy to hard to manipulate.
Edited to add
I could not agree more with the user who said avoid Network Solutions. They are sky high, very hard to navigate and the customer service is the very worst!

LOL, I was looking for listings of my very own page, customwhatever.com and I saw you looking for Custom@Whatever.com type email addresses. I am just now getting ready to host my own page from a home server, would you be interested in a @customwhatever email address once I get my mail server running?
