   geocities and anglefire are the two freebies that I know of. However, if they support all your above mentioned criteria. That is something you would have to take up with those respective sites.

   There is no free host that will give you unlimited mySQL databases.read the article here for a list of sites

   You can assign your own url after creating the account and have upto 6 subdomains and 6 add-on domains plus 6 parked domains. All for nothing !
