Cheapest website hosting ?

Im looking for a hosting which could be payed by paypal. Very cheap i need. For Website and Forums together. But if possible on forums or only Website but better Website+Forums Together i need very cheap like 5$ for per year or like 10$ butm ust be payed per year. Thanks!!!!!

Cheapest hosting your going to get would be host gator, packages for yearly are around 80-100 a year.
I use them for my business, and my clients.
There wont be anything for 5-10 a year, sorry.
