I am looking for a cheap hosting place where the only fee I’d have to pay would be to get rid of any of the ads. Willing to pay a small fee.. no free sites (that have ads).. thanks
You can find step by step at
http://host.userstyle.org/
and then
http://host.allexpert.info/
from here you can get 3 months trial for free, and also most cheapest hosting.
I think Yahoo does that. Not sure though.

I have had good success with http://www.doteazy.com, which gives you free hosting with the registration of a domain name such as http://www.AnyDomain.com.
This basic package is great, only $25.00 a year, and if you want more power for cheap, they have their Unlimited Domain Hosting for only $9.95 a month. This is a high end package with unmetered traffic, a whopping 20GB server space, and all the extras you are likely to need.
I have several clients on each service over several years, and have been very happy with the stability.

Go to http://www.hostgumbo.com and compare the best of 2008…. hostgator and many others that were good last year is way too expensive and basically outdated. good luck bro
